India's 82 % of population suffer from High Stress Level The major cause of stress in India today are work,health and finance related issues. compared to other era Facebook generation (35 to 45 years of age) report the lowest level across the over all index. & practically concerned about work and income wellness which is causing high level of stress and the work pressure will be higher in coming days. certainly in fastest growing country India talking about mental health is a taboo which develop extra pressure and delay in understanding requirements of brain. While our understanding of brain work is less advanced then understanding of the body's other organs like heart, skin, liver etc This represent the wastage opportunity to feed mind properly and prevent illness of brain health in society.
